Your Japan Trip.
Thoughtfully Planned.
Completely You.

Japan is an incredible destination, but it is also a destination where the details matter.

From figuring out which cities to visit and how long to stay, to navigating trains, choosing the right neighborhoods, booking experiences, and understanding how everything fits together, planning a first trip to Japan can quickly become overwhelming.

That’s where I come in.

As a travel agent, I specialize in helping travelers plan unforgettable trips to Japan without spending months buried in Google searches, spreadsheets, and conflicting advice.

Whether you are dreaming of your first trip to Japan or you’ve been there multiple times, I can help you turn the big idea into a trip that actually works.

Itinerary Planning
Creating a day by day itinerary that balances sightseeing, activities, meals, transportation, and downtime.

Hotel Recommendations
Helping you determine the best areas to stay and recommending accommodations that fit your trip, travel style, and priorities.

Mapping out how to get from one destination to another and determining when trains, private transfers, taxis, or other transportation options make the most sense.

Japan City Guides
You will receive detailed city guides for the major cities included in your trip. These guides provide helpful information on getting around, must see attractions, dining, local tips, and other important information to help you feel prepared before you arrive.

Restaurant Planning
Providing restaurant recommendations and helping identify dining experiences that may require advance reservations.

Reservation Guidance
Identifying the experiences, attractions, restaurants, and other activities that need to be booked ahead of time and helping you understand when and how to reserve them.

Neighborhood Planning
Helping you choose the best neighborhoods for your accommodations, dining, sightseeing, and overall itinerary.

Itinerary Logistics
Looking at the details between each stop so your itinerary accounts for travel time, check in and check out, transportation, reservations, and realistic pacing.

Trip Organization
Bringing your travel plans together into an organized itinerary so you know where you need to be, when you need to be there, and how each part of your trip fits together.

The result is a Japan itinerary that is thoughtfully planned, organized, and realistic for the way you actually want to travel.

I Don't Just Plan Japan, I Love Japan

Japan has become one of my favorite destinations to plan and travel to.

There is something about Japan that keeps drawing me back. I love the mix of old and new, the attention to detail, the incredible food, the culture, the hospitality, and the way every trip offers something completely different. Such as wearing traditional dress like I am in this photo from my first trip to Japan.

But what I love most is how much there is to discover.

Japan isn’t a destination where you simply check a few things off a list. There are experiences around every corner, and I love helping travelers discover the pieces of Japan that are going to make their trip special.

That personal connection to Japan is a big part of how I plan.

I’m not simply looking at a map and putting together an itinerary. I’m drawing from my knowledge of the destination, my own experiences, continued research, and the things I have learned from helping clients travel there.

I want you to love Japan as much as I do.

A Japan Trip Built Around You

I don’t plan cookie cutter trips to Japan.

Your trip should be based on your interests, your travel style, your budget, and the people traveling with you.

Whether you’re planning your first trip to Japan, traveling with your family, celebrating something special, or simply ready to finally check Japan off your bucket list, I’ll help create a trip that feels like yours.

I won’t tell you that you need to do everything.

I won’t fill every minute of your day.

And I won’t recommend something just because it’s popular.

I’ll help you figure out what is right for you.

From Dreaming To Departure

When you work with me, you aren’t just getting someone to make reservations.

You’re getting a travel agent who loves Japanese culture, has been to Japan many times, and is there to help you navigate the entire planning process.

WE’LL:

Dream together.
Figure out what you want from your Japan experience.

Plan together.
Build an itinerary that makes sense for you.

Prepare together.
Make sure you know what to expect before you leave.

Travel confidently.
Leave knowing your trip has been thoughtfully planned.
