I’ve explored all 50 states, traveled to over 40 countries across 6 continents, thru hiked the Appalachian Trail, climbed Mount Kilimanjaro twice, and experienced destinations around the world firsthand.

Vacation bookings for Disney, Universal, and cruises do not require a planning fee because I am compensated by the travel suppliers I work with.

For customized itineraries there is a $25 per day fee. For example, if your trip is 7 days long the fee will be $175.

This covers the time and personalized planning that goes into creating an itinerary tailored specifically to your trip.

No! Many clients come to me with an idea or a dream, and I help them figure out the best destination and plan.

Yes, depending on where you are in the process we proceed in different ways

If you have already booked and put together an itinerary and want a professional set of eyes on it, I offer itinerary review services for a flat fee.

During an itinerary review, we can go over your plans, discuss pacing, transportation, hotel choices, activities, and any potential issues I see based on my experience. My goal is to help you feel confident that your trip is well planned before you leave.

If you are earlier in the process and need more hands on support, I’ll be able to help through my custom planning services.

As involved as you want to be. Some clients love being part of every decision, while others prefer to give me their wish list and let me handle the details. I tailor my approach based on your preferences.

It depends on the destination, complexity of the trip, and how far in advance you are booking. A simple resort vacation may come together quickly, while a multi city Europe itinerary, safari, or Japan adventure may require more time and research.

Absolutely. Budget looks different for every traveler, and I work with clients to find options that make sense for their priorities. However, I do need realistic expectations based on your destination, travel dates, and must haves.

I am always here to help with questions and guidance, but I also want to set realistic expectations. I am not a 24/7 emergency hotline. For situations requiring immediate assistance, I help ensure you have the appropriate contacts and resources before departure.
