You’ve done the research. You’ve saved the hotels, mapped out the attractions, bookmarked the restaurants, and probably have 47 tabs open.
Now you just want someone who knows travel to look it over and make sure it actually works.
That’s where I come in.
My Travel Itinerary Review & Consultation is designed for travelers who have already created their own itinerary but want professional feedback before they book or travel.
During our consultation, we’ll look at your plans together, talk through your questions, identify potential issues, and I’ll make suggestions based on my experience as a travel agent and years working in the travel industry.
Think of it as a professional second opinion before you hit finalize your vacation plans.
Your consultation is tailored to your trip and your questions. Depending on what you need, we can discuss:
- Whether your itinerary is realistic
- How much time you’re allowing for each destination
- Transportation between locations
- The order of your destinations
- Hotel locations
- Must see attractions
- Day trip logistics
- Excursions and tours
- Dining plans
- Park planning
- Neighborhoods and areas to visit
- How to make the most of your time
- Things you may have overlooked
- Questions about your destination
- General travel logistics
I can also help you identify places where you may be trying to fit too much into one day or where rearranging your plans could make your trip flow better.
You love planning your own travel but want an expert set of eyes on your plans.
You’ve spent hours researching and have a pretty good idea of what you want to do, but you’re wondering:
“Does this actually make sense?”
You may already have your flights and hotels booked, or you may still be deciding what to book. Either way, this consultation gives you the opportunity to talk through your plans with someone who knows how to turn a collection of travel ideas into a trip that actually works.
Full Itinerary Review Before Our Call
Before we meet, I’ll take the time to review your full itinerary from start to finish so I can come to our consultation already familiar with your plans.
I’ll look at how the pieces fit together, including your destinations, timing, transportation, activities, and overall flow. This allows us to spend our call focusing on your questions, talking through my recommendations, and making any necessary adjustments rather than using the entire consultation to review your itinerary for the first time.
A One on One Consultation
We’ll meet virtually to talk through your itinerary, your questions, and anything you’re unsure about.
Professional Feedback
I’ll review your plans from a travel professional’s perspective and point out potential logistical issues, missed opportunities, or areas that could use some tweaking.
Personalized Recommendations
This isn’t a generic travel planning session. We’ll focus specifically on your trip, your priorities, and the questions you have.
Peace of Mind
Sometimes you don’t need someone to plan your entire vacation. You just need someone to tell you, “Yep, this looks good,” or “I’d change this one thing.”
This consultation is not full service trip planning.
You are responsible for researching and creating your itinerary, making your own bookings, and managing your reservations.
I’m here to provide professional feedback, answer questions, and help you feel more confident about the plans you’ve created.
If you’d rather hand the planning over to me from the beginning, work with me as your travel agent for full service travel planning.
1. Send Me Your Itinerary
Fill out the form at the bottom of this page and send me your itinerary. The more information you can provide, the better. Include your destinations, dates, hotels, transportation, activities, reservations, and anything else you’ve already planned.
This gives me everything I need to review your trip before our call.
2. I Review Your Full Itinerary
Once I receive your itinerary, I’ll review your trip from start to finish. I’ll look at the overall flow, timing, transportation, locations, activities, and any potential issues or missed opportunities.
I’ll make sure I’m familiar with your plans before we meet so we can make the most of our time together.
3. Book Your Call
Once I’ve completed my review, you’ll receive the link to book your Travel Itinerary Consultation. Choose a date and time that works for you, and we’ll meet virtually to talk through your trip.
4. We Meet for Your Consultation
During our call, we’ll talk through your itinerary and the questions you have. I’ll share my professional feedback, make recommendations, and help you work through anything you’re unsure about.
5. Make Your Final Tweaks
You’ll leave the consultation with a clearer understanding of your plans and any changes or adjustments I recommend. You can then make your final decisions and continue booking and preparing for your trip with confidence.
And That's Okay
Maybe you genuinely enjoy planning your own vacations. Maybe you’re a spreadsheet person. Maybe researching hotels and restaurants is half the fun for you.
You don’t have to give that up to get professional travel advice.
Sometimes, you just need an experienced traveler to look at what you’ve created and help you make it better.
You plan the adventure. I’ll help you make sure the pieces fit.
Bring me your itinerary, your questions, and all those “I’m not sure if this makes sense” moments.
Let’s make sure your plans are ready for takeoff.
