Your European Adventure.
Built Around You.
Made for the Way You Travel.
Europe gives you almost too many options.
Where should you go? How many nights should you stay? Is the train actually the best way to get there? Which hotel is in the right location? What needs to be booked months ahead? And how do you fit everything in without turning your vacation into one giant checklist?
That is the part of Europe travel planning I love. I take all of those decisions, connections, reservations, and little details and turn them into one trip that makes sense.
Maybe you already know exactly where you want to go. Maybe you just know you want to see Europe and have no idea where to start.
Either way, I can help you build a trip that feels exciting, realistic, and completely yours.
Making Your Europe Trip Come Together
I do more than book your hotels and send you a list of things to do.
I help you build the trip.
Whether you are planning your first European adventure, returning to a favorite country, traveling with kids, celebrating something special, or trying to see several countries in one trip, I help you figure out how all the pieces fit together.
✓ Custom Europe Itinerary Planning
There is no single right way to travel through Europe.
I help you decide which destinations make sense together, how much time to spend in each place, and how to build an itinerary that gives you enough to see without making every day feel like a race.
The goal is not to see everything.
It is to create a trip you will actually enjoy.
✓ Hotel Selection
The right hotel can make a huge difference in a European trip.
I help you find accommodations based on location, transportation, room needs, amenities, budget, and the overall experience you want.
Because a beautiful hotel that is an hour away from everything may not actually be the best choice.
✓ Transportation Planning
Getting around Europe can be part of the adventure.
It can also be confusing.
I help you determine when trains make sense, when a private transfer is worth considering, which airports work best, and how to move between destinations without creating unnecessary travel days.
I look at the itinerary as a whole so your transportation works with your trip rather than against it.
✓ Tours, Activities & Experiences
Europe is full of incredible things to do.
The challenge is figuring out which ones are actually worth your time.
I help you choose experiences that fit your interests and your itinerary, from guided tours and food experiences to museums, day trips, outdoor adventures, and those memorable experiences you will be talking about long after you get home.
✓ Dining & Reservation Planning
Some European destinations require a little more planning when it comes to dining.
I help you identify restaurants and dining experiences that fit your trip, along with the reservations and timing that may need to be handled ahead of time.
You do not need a spreadsheet full of restaurants.
You need the right ones.
✓ Realistic Daily Planning
One of my biggest goals is making sure your itinerary works in real life.
That means accounting for travel time, walking, jet lag, opening hours, meal breaks, transportation, and the simple fact that you might want to sleep in one morning.
I build days that have structure without making you feel like you are following a schedule every minute.
✓ Pre-Trip Support
You will not be handed an itinerary and left to figure everything out yourself.
I help you understand what is booked, what needs to happen before you leave, and what you should know before arriving.
My goal is for you to leave home feeling prepared rather than overwhelmed.
Why I Love Planning European Vacations
Europe is one of my favorite places to plan because no two trips are ever the same.
I love taking all the possibilities Europe offers and figuring out how they can come together into a trip that feels exciting, realistic, and personal. There is something incredibly satisfying about finding the right combination of destinations, experiences, hotels, and transportation and watching the whole trip come together.
I have experienced some of my favorite travel moments in Europe, from wandering the Christmas markets in Prague and experiencing Oktoberfest in Munich to touring castles throughout the United Kingdom and hiking in Switzerland. Those experiences have given me a real appreciation for how different each destination can feel.
That is what makes planning Europe so much fun for me. I get to help clients discover the places, experiences, and little details that will make their trip memorable, while taking care of the logistics that can make European travel feel overwhelming.
I love the planning almost as much as I love the travel itself.
