I don’t care how old I get I will never be too old to listen to Disney songs. As a result for my undying love of all things Disney I’ve created the Ultimate Disney Songs Playlist for people of all ages to enjoy. I hope you have as much fun listening to this playlist as I did making it!

Part of Your World
All I wanted to be as a kid was a Mermaid, seriously. I remember swimming in pools pretending a had a tail, and to this day I want to do Weeki Wachee State Park’s Adult Mermaid Camp. I might also secretly believe that mermaids are real. #sorrynotsorry
Zero to Hero
I need to start out by saying Hercules is one of the most underrated Disney movies of all time. The idea of merging black gospel music with the stories of Ancient Greece was pure genius. And bless my soul, the Muses kill it in this song.

Disney Songs Playlist: A Spoon Full of Sugar
Mary Poppins was my introduction to Julie Andrews and it was love at first sight. I adore everything she’s ever done. She’s such a talented and lovely person. A Spoon Full of Sugar is one of the MANY iconic songs from Mary Poppins on my Ultimate Disney Songs Playlist, so be sure to be on the lookout for the others!

Love is an Open Door
Yes I know, Hans is a bad guy, but this is still my favorite song from Frozen. It’s fun and funny and I can’t help but sing along every time I hear it!

I See the Light
In college when Tangled came out a friend of mine told me after seeing it that I was Rapunzel. To this day it’s one of the best compliments I’ve ever gotten and ever since I’ve loved this movie. This scene from the movie and the song gets me right in the feels every time.
There’s a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow
While it all started with a mouse, there was a man behind the mouse named Walt Disney. He was the brains behind the parks and so many of the most iconic rides. One of my favorites he designed is the Carousel of Progress. I’ve sat in that air conditioned theatre more times than I can count singing along with this song.
Disney Songs Playlist: Stand Out
Another underrated 90’s Disney movie is The Goofy Movie. I’ve always loved Goofy and the songs by the fictional Michael Jackson like pop star Powerline are awesome! As a kid I had a huge crush on Max and his lip sync of Stand Out is one of my favorite songs from this movie.
Kidnap the Sandy Claws
The Nightmare Before Christmas has become a Cult Disney Classic. While looking for a YouTube video to share with you I discovered that Catherine O’Hara and Paul Reubens where the original voices of Shock and Lock from the movie. I loved this song and movie before this as claymation and this entire story fascinate me, but this makes it even better!

Be Our Guest
It doesn’t matter if you ad the original movie soundtrack song or the live-action remake, both are spectacular! I got an even deeper look behind the scenes of making this iconic Disney movie when I watched Waking Sleeping Beauty on Disney+. If you have access check it it, it’s sooo good!
Disney Songs Playlist: Circle of Life
Did you think I was going to forget The Lion King? No way! Elton John is one of the most iconic song writers of the 20th century. The music of The Lion King is pure perfection and no song from the movie comes to mind before The Circle of Life. This song is amazing in all it’s forms, especially the Broardway version.
