Are you the kind of traveler that doesn’t spend too much time in your room? Than this Manchester Vermont AirBnB is for you! The Lye Brook Retreat has everything you’ll need during your stay, but is simple and clean.
Located in a quiet neighborhood the Lye Brook Retreat is a 2 minute (if there’s traffic, which there never is) drive from downtown Manchester. You’ll be close to some great local hikes and around the corner from Hildene, a local historic site.

Log Cabin on Roaring Branch River
Log Cabin on Roaring Branch River is perfect for getting out in the nature of Vermont with comfort in mind, no matter the season. Located in the sleepy town of Sunderland this cabin offers a mountain getaway that will have you relaxing upon arrival.
With a view of the Roaring Branch River from the deck, and community access to tennis courts, a lending library, horseshoes, and ping pong, the whole family will be happy.
Only 15 minutes from Manchester, you’ll get the outdoor experience with the convenience of local shopping and restaurants close by.
Mountain Nest
The Mountain Nest is perfect for a group looking for mountain views and relaxation. With space for 10 and a hot tub on a full deck that looks over the valley with views of Mount Equinox of all the places to stay near Manchester on this list, this is the one I’d pick!
The house is located in Sunderland Vermont, which is a short drive to Manchester, 20 minutes to Bromley Mountain for skiing, and about 10 minutes to the base of Mount Equinox for a great hike.

Gorgeous Dog-Friendly Escape
For all the dog lovers out there check out this Gorgeous Dog-Friendly Escape located in Dorset, Vermont. This picturesque village of Dorset is something out of a New England magazine with an adorable country store and a tiny playhouse.
The house itself has been recently renovated, is on 3.5 acres, and has a washer and drier. My favorite thing about this house is the outdoor patio surrounded by luscious Vermont forest.
Seven Springs Barn
Seven Springs Barn is also located in the village of Dorset. If you’re looking for luxury romantic getaway, this is it! The barn is on 70 acres of Vermont forest with two fresh water ponds. On top of that there are AMAZING views of the Green Mountains.
The barn was built in 2018 and has exposed beams making a traditional and modern decorative mix.
BoHo A-Frame Escape
The BoHo A-Frame Escape is perfect for those looking to be close to the ski areas. Bromley, Stratton, and Magic Mountain area all close by (Just a 5 to 20 minute drive depending on the mountain), and look how cute it is!
Nestled in Winhall, Vermont, about 5 minutes from Manchester, the BoHo A-Frame can sleep up to 6 people and in nestled in the foothills of the Green Mountain National Forest.
