Resources to help you save on travel
Accommodations
For accommodations, I use both booking.com and hotels.com. They both give a free night after booking 10 nights. Do you love living the hostel life? Book through Hostel World to compare hostels all over the globe. Head to the Accommodations page (Coming Soon!) for a full list of hotels, hostels, and various lodgings I recommend.
Flights
Flights are usually one of the most expensive purchases when planning a trip. When looking for deals I check a little bit of everything from booking directly with airlines like Qatar or with flight search engines like Expedia. Visit the Recommended Resources section of this page for a full list of airlines I love and places to look for cheap flights.
Experiences
There so many places to find and book experiences with reliable reviews. My personal favorites are Viator and Get Your Guide. Head to the Recommended Resources section of this page for a full list of tour companies you can use to find amazing things to do on your next trip.
Travel Insurance
Regardless of where you’re traveling or how long, Travel Insurance should be one of your first purchases. World Nomads is great for all the adventurers out there. For those looking for a long term plan check out Safety Wing; created specifically with digital nomads in mind.
Rental Cars
Over the years I’ve taken my fair share of road trips. I’ve had luck finding great deals on rental cars on Kayak and from RentalCars.com. Head to the Recommended Resources section of this page for a full list of places to reserve a rental car.
WiFi
Stay connected when you’re on the road by bringing your WiFi with you. Pocket WiFi helps me when hotel WiFi sucks or when I’m in a place that has little to no WiFi. Tep Wireless is my go to portable WiFi.
